From Above & Beyond Event Design 

We worked closely with the clients to execute their vision for the design and created and/or supplied many of the decor elements from designing and setting up the beautiful ceremony space with a stunning circle arch for the florists to lavish with beautiful fresh florals, a 75' carpeted taupe aisle, setting up 260 wood vineyard chairs for outdoor ceremony seating, 

The Above & Beyond team ensured all applications of the floral installations were secured with special cabling to host the weight of the incredible florals, elegant pillar candle style candlescaping nestled within the 248 feet of lush greenery garlands adorning the beautiful harvest tables resting on organic weave table runners and clear glass charger plates with clear beaded edging. 

The Lighting, The Bar, & The Signage

Kim Foster the owner and lead creative director along with her coordinating team were on site all day to ensure every detail was perfectly organized and executed, the team added 1300 feet of white mini lighting illuminating the tent ceiling to reflect a magical setting for the evening. 

The team looked after and managed all the event rentals of a fully stocked glassware bar, elegant dinnerware, flatware, and dinner glassware, they also designed and created a brilliant seating chart display that left many in awe. 4 feet wide by 8 and a half feet tall, all the graphic art including escort cards, menu cards, a few key surprise elements for the couple and guests to enjoy, custom vinyl artwork on stain wood signs guided guests throughout the venue property day and evening and so many, many more details to create this beautiful setting

The Florals

Floral art designed and created by Lyric Flowers St Marys from the stunning bridal party florals, to the amazing ceremony circle arch draped in lush florals and greens, 3 ravishing trees draped in cascading florals and greenery for a lovely photo op throughout the nature trails. 

Inside the tent ceiling, there were 210 feet of breathtaking luscious full greenery garlands suspended from ceiling overflowing with beautiful white Hydrangeas, blush, and champagne garden roses and white peonies, 260 cedar and rosemary sprigs at each place setting nestled perfectly within the folded napkin. Another 224 feet of lush greenery garlands adorned the centre of beautiful harvest tables.

The Tent 

The stunning 40x105 foot Clear Span tent with 45 feet of clear ceiling panels over the dance floor, gorgeous wood harvest tables with wood vineyard chairs for guest seating, cooling units to give guests relief throughout the evening. Burkes also supplied a 30x30 foot bar area and a 10x40 foot bar for the caterer's preparation tent between 512 vineyard chairs used on-site between the ceremony setting and reception tent.
