The Ugbrooke House
The stunning rooms and estate of the beautiful Ugbrooke House situated in the parish of Chudleigh, a just little south of Exeter in Devon was the location for this whimsical yet sophisticated stately house wedding inspiration. Conceptualized and planned by Jennifer Jane Photography and styled by Emma Caesar weddings, it features a colour palette of soft white and pale pink and peach tones for an understated but sophisticated touch.
Wildly Romantic
The vision to create a wildly romantic country wedding whilst still retaining the Stately elegance and luxuriousness. Gorgeous abundant wild blooms created by Sophie Millington Flowers gives a touch of romance and whimsy to the elegant and chic vision.
Inspired by the beautiful soft tones of the brickwork of the house, we used a soft palette of creams, whites, pale pinks and peaches, accentuated with a little gold foil to reflect the opulence of the décor in the room.
A beautiful vintage metallic urn brimming with beautiful wild florals and smaller glass vases gave the table a soft and romantic feel. This was complimented by delicate white pearl beaded plates, gold cutlery and crystal glassware for that touch of luxury.
Major Details
Claire from Claire Makes Cakes created tasty little treats of pale pink macaroons with gold foil edging to accessorize the table settings as wedding favors. These complimented the stunning three-tier white iced wedding cake, with a white and gold foil edged diagonal ruffle design. This sat on a dessert table adorned with sweet treats of coconut ice squares, iced biscuits and macaroons.
To complete the elegant and sophisticated feel to the shoot the Bride wore a contemporary design crepe dress with sequined illusion bodice, fitted skirt and puddle train. This was accessorized by a magnificent floral embroidered cathedral length veil by Visionary Veils to add that touch of romance and whimsy to the look.
