This romantic escape was designed and created by Daniela Battistini Wedding & Events. It's colorful, with a hint of the exotic with stationery created by Fragola Lilla, and help from Annalisa Maggioni, Style Assistant. The shoot took place at the wonderful Villa Malaspina, located in Gualtieri, Italy. It was owned by Countess Matilde di Canossa until 1080. In 1764 Guido Torello commissioned the renovation, attributed to the architect Domenico Marchelli, who transformed it according to the neoclassical canons and brought it to its current form.

A GARDEN CEREMONY

An All-Out Elopement Inspiration At An Italian Villa

The bucolic, romantic ceremony was held near the lake in the park of the villa, considered the most refined goal of the architect Pietro Marchelli. In the creation of an English garden, the park stands out for those elements such as the pond, the cave, and the hills, typical of the romantic conception. He wanted a garden, albeit meticulously designed, with strong naturalistic elements. Bright florals and golden and pink palms frame this splendid couple. Most of the floral arrangements were made by Raffaella Ansaloni and some of the rentals were provided by Mill Eventi Anoleggio and Vivai Morselli.

DINNER AND A SHOW

Subsequently, to have unforgettable couple photos and unique shots, we moved to the front of the villa where the artists of Parola Bianca put on an engaging performance. Also in front of the villa was a splendid table setup. A particularly cozy corner, with a cascade of lights, was set up in the greenhouse by Harry Lugli, the perfect backdrop for our couple. Our romantic wedding ended in a classic but exotic corner of the villa, in which the cutting of the cake, created by Giamberlano, took place.
