We recently relocated our San Clemente location a couple doors down and needed a little something inspiring in our office. Luckily, we've got friends in high places. Joking, well not really. We are super lucky to know the team over at Wallshoppe! An innovative and stylish crew from LA, of course. Why are LA people always really cool? Never mind that, it's not important now. Wallshoppe is a purveyor of hip, sustainable, fun wallpaper. Designed and printed in LA a mere one hour away with zero traffic, so we teamed up to #markyourwalls (our walls, but you get the point). We were also super pumped to have Ryan from Cloudless Films to make a girl look real handy in motion!
We picked out the Goldfish Removable Wallpaper in Pink because we're fun and goldfish and pink will make just about anyone smile. Are you smiling right now?
Dress for success
We all know the key to a good DIY is a cute outfit, so I went with my usual uniform of overalls and vans.
I have to admit, I've installed this paper ONE other time and it's so incredibly easy. You just have to remember one thing. IT DOES NOT/WILL NOT BE PERFECT. That's it, if you can remember that - you will have so much fun installing your paper and transforming your walls! Please don't mind our iPhone stills, it's all we had.
How to Install how to install self adhesive wallpaper
Measure your wall and be sure to get a few extra panels because you WILL need them.
Start in the upper left hand corner of your wall.
Once you have your paper in place, smooth it from the middle to get any bubbles out.
Use a smoothing tool on each panel to ensure it completely adheres to the wall.
Work your way down the wall and leave the excess on the floor and trim at all at once when you are done.
Line up the pattern the best you can, if you muck it up you can gently remove the paper and try again. (You'll see me reposition my paper several times in the video.)
Have a sharp blade for cutting the paper and working around windows and outlets.
Go over the entire wall with a smoothing tool to make sure all corners and seems are flush.
YOU CAN DO THIS! It's so easy, I'm serious. BONUS: when you tire if it, gently remove it to expose your original paint or replace it with a new design.
This wallpaper is so cute and would be perfect in an office, bedroom, bathroom, accent wall or nursery! Check out all the patterns. If you're a DIYer, you'll love this post too! Vanity Insanity! Learn How To Remodel Your Guest Bath.

We added the Lips Mirror, this Wire Wall Rectangle Grid, and this Carter Triangle Bracket Wall Shelf all from Urban Outfitters.
Wallshoppe teamed up with Nathan Turner for Nathan Turner X WS so be sure to take a peek at that as well!
