Island Style Weddings
Let us introduce you to the collection of vendors we have handpicked for you. We have everything from rental tuxedos, DJ's, some of the cutest wedding favors we have seen, beautiful veils, a wedding stylist, paper goods, and of course our favorite tulle skirt. That pretty much covers everything you might need whilst planning your big day. So let's get planning!
It all starts with the proposal right? The next step is deciding where you are going to have your wedding ceremony and reception. Will you have a destination wedding? If you are it might be best to envision yourself in the Caribbean with your toes dipped in white sand, and the turquoise waters as your shimmering background. Island Style Weddings can give you just that. Photo above taken by Lindsay Vann Photography.
Having a destination wedding is a great way to have all of your family and friends together leading up to and after the wedding. How could you say no to St. John, St. Thomas, or St. Croix? I mean really, this could totally be you and your bridesmaids (above). Island Style weddings can definitely give you that elegant gathering you've always wanted in a insanely dreamy destination. The next step is picking your date to get hitched, and it's time for the save the dates/invites. There are so many invitation options out there, but we have a special vendor who we think you'll really like. Formally known as The Find Sac they are now called Blush and Birch Paper. Her invitations have an array of special details like cut outs, velvet ribbon, and gold foil press! Kathleen has such an attention to detail each paper good really feels unique and specially hand crafted just for you and your lover. Some of the invitations are also available as bridal shower cards, or table numbers and menus! A perfect collection to really bring it all together. Did we also mention she has custom wedding signs? Instagramers get hashtagging!

Bliss TulleWhether you are planning on staying in your wedding dress all night or not there are still a few events leading up to the wedding or maybe even after that you want to dress to impress for. The tulle skirt from Bliss Tulle is so versatile and comes in a few different options. One of our favorites is the Chloe Maxi pictured below. Pairing the skirt with a fitted and sheer top really does complete the ultimate fairytale look for your bridal shower, your engagement party. All their skirts are lined and have a soft waistband either made of elastic or satin. Bliss Tulle even has a gallery on their site where you can see how other girls styled their skirts. There is a range of flannels, lace, and tanks being paired with all of the different skirts available.
Sometimes, just sometimes our Grooms can get just a little bit fussy when it comes to shopping. We are not speaking for all men. Some men love getting a new tux, they feel great in a new pair of fancy socks, and accessorizing ... forget about it! Other men aren't too thrilled about anything that has to go down in the shopping department. Why is that? We will never understand. Fortunately Generation Tux has made this a little easier of a process for the future Groom and even his men.
At Generation Tux the process is like this: Set up your account, create your look either from pre-styled looks or create your own, get measured, and return. That's right, return. Generation Tux offers easy suit rentals for you individually or as a group. Right there you just saved about $500 or more. Guaranteed this creates little to no stress for you and your future groom. How about a special yet sometimes necessary wedding detail for the bride? Okay not everyone is going to wear a veil, but how could you not when Blanca Veils wins you over by saying, "We believe every bride deserves her dream veil." Yes, yes we do. Even if you are not going for the traditional bride look, or traditional type wedding a veil is still a very romantic touch. How stunning is this bride in her veil? Heart eyes.
Wedding favors really are that extra detail that make the wedding feel personal with your guests, also a great memento for the couple to be. It was hard for us to choose which wedding favor to feature from Wedding Favorites. This is definitely a go to place to find some unique wedding favors. They have favors for any season you are planning to get married in, vintage favors, beach favors, glittery favors and even edible favors! Here is a sneak peek of something new they're adding to their shop.
