We could go on and on about this stunning château, the sprawling gardens with vines creeping up age-old towers, the perfectly arranged minimalist florals, or the custom-made gown, but (in what may well be a Wedding Chicks first)...can we talk about this suit though?! That's right, the groom's look has officially stolen the show, we had to stop in our tracks and do a double-take. It is a three-piece stunner with the thinnest shawl lapels and it is meant to be worn open with buttons on either side that are strictly ornamental. The slate blue of the suit also ties in beautifully with the light blue and white color palette.
These beautiful photos by Delphine G Photographie are nothing short of perfection, every detail is perfectly framed and the color palette is carried through the entire shoot. HH Creations designed this shoot to bring attention to the hidden gem that is the Montpellier region of France, including Château De Saint Félix De Palliéres, this incredible venue. These florals by L'Atelier Du 8 Avril are the perfect complement to this gorgeous garden scenery. Check out the full gallery to see all of the images from this shoot. FRANCE'S HIDDEN GEM
In the south of France, in Occitania near Montpellier, stands the Château De Saint Félix De Palliéres. In the heart of a wooded park, this place full of history was the inspiration for this team's latest photoshoot. French fine art photographer, Delphine G Photographie, Camille, stylist at Alliance Et Elegance, and Hélène, Wedding Planner of the agency HH Creations. With this styled shoot, the whole team wanted to show that Provence is not the only region to offer a perfect climate, light, and places for weddings, the Montpellier area also provides very refined venues for romantic weddings, such as this luxurious castle.
IT'S IN THE DETAILS
The sumptuous dress that the bride is wearing was custom made for this occasion. A light mermaid dress, but adapted to early spring weddings, in an exceptional fabric with embroidered and beaded lace sleeves buttoned with Swarovski crystals. The florist Faustine Bigot from L'Atelier Du 8 Avril used seasonal flowers in shades of blue and white to sublimate this event, proving that a late winter wedding can be very elegant!
JUST BEFORE THE ICE MELTS
The table is a soft transition between winter and spring. The combination of the winter wedding cake designed by the fabulous Singuliers Cake Design, reminding us of ice, and the table decoration in spring tones gives a fresh and sober look to this small reception. Every detail, like the stationery designed by Frédérique Grenod from Les Petits Papiers Du Bonheur and the jewelry designed by Yannick Barthès from Joaillerie Barthés are odes to the change of season in the softness. Getting married in a different way or in a different season than summer does not mean skipping out on refined and chic details.
