The Prettiest “Something Blue” Bridal Brunch at Un Deux Trois French Café

Share

Long before the dress is zipped and the vows are exchanged come the celebrations that make a wedding season memorable. A bridal brunch may be one of the sweetest of them all. This styled shoot by Hudson Photography imagines that gathering unfolding inside Un Deux Trois Café at The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas, where French pastries, fresh flowers, and a table full of friends give a timeless wedding tradition a distinctly Parisian twist.

The Venue: Un Deux Trois Café at The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills

The marble café tables are set for lingering. Flaky croissants, pain au chocolat, orange croissants, blueberry muffins, little cups of espresso, and the café’s signature Blue Matcha Lavender Lattes create an effortlessly elegant spread before the first guest even arrives. The café’s signature blue latte becomes this celebration’s playful interpretation of “something blue,” appearing throughout the morning as a cheerful nod to one of the oldest wedding traditions.

The Decor

At the center of the table, lush white hydrangeas, ivory garden roses, stock, lisianthus, and delicate white blooms designed by Althea Wiles of Rose of Sharon Floral Design Studio bring softness to every photograph without competing with the café’s relaxed European atmosphere. Soon the bride-to-be settles into the light-filled café window, latte in hand, waiting for her closest friends. After everyone arrives, the morning begins exactly where every great bridal brunch should, with coffee and laughter. As brunch unfolds, pastries are shared and glasses are raised. A pour of Louis Jadot Bourgogne Blanc from Burgundy, France feels perfectly at home in the French-inspired setting, gently carrying the celebration from morning brew to leisurely afternoon.

The Favors

Then come the gifts. Each one carries a little piece of the café with it: a signature Un Deux Trois water bottle, one of the café’s candles that quickly makes its way around the table for everyone’s approval, matching embroidered café baseball caps, and finally an Un Deux Trois Café gift card. More than thoughtful gifts, they become invitations to come back and make more memories around the same table.

Fun To Go

The festivities don’t end at the table. Coffee cups accompany the group into the green space for a friendly game of cornhole in the sunshine, where a little healthy competition becomes just another excuse to linger a while longer. It’s easy to imagine this same group gathering here again a few weeks later, this time on the wedding morning itself. One last quiet cup of coffee before hair and makeup begin. One last chance to pause together before the excitement unfolds. That’s part of what makes The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills such an unexpected wedding destination. Couples can celebrate nearly every chapter of their wedding weekend in one walkable setting, from bridal brunches at Un Deux Trois Café to rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The upcoming Hotel Vin will soon add overnight accommodations and additional event spaces, making it even easier for family and friends to stay together throughout the celebration.

Designed With Celebrations In Mind

“The best hospitality concepts become part of people’s stories. That was our vision for Un Deux Trois Café from day one. We wanted to create a French-inspired gathering place where remarkable food, artisan coffee, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality come together to elevate everyday moments into lasting memories,” says Tony Smith, Director of Operations at Un Deux Trois Café Rogers, envisioned by Great Lakes Capital. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see guests choose Un Deux Trois to celebrate engagements, bridal brunches, birthdays, and life’s milestones. Those moments are exactly what we designed the experience to inspire. Our hope is that every guest leaves feeling connected, celebrated, and already looking forward to their next visit.” Because sometimes “something blue” isn’t jewelry tucked beneath a wedding dress. Sometimes it’s simply a beautiful morning shared with the people you’ll always remember.
