The Vision: Tennis Club Preppy

Willow and Ivy Events and the rest of this talented team of Seattle vendors envisioned a playful wedding that revolved around fun. The ceremony space was set up on the club’s scenic waterfront lawn and culminated in a whimsical semi-circle meadow arrangement from By the Wild Floral. Green fringed sunbrellas provided shade and a pop of color and whimsy to the affair.

The Fashion

For the whimsical affair, the bride wore a flowing chiffon gown with an intricately draped bodice and off-the-shoulder bows that danced in the wind. The groom leaned into the Members-only vibes in a classic double-breasted black tux.

The Bar

While the couple snuck away to the courts for a private portrait session, guests were treated to a citrus-themed bar with the cutest signage! Even the glassware was on-theme.

The Tablescape

Dinner was served overlooking the water, with tables draped in orange and white striped linens. The cross-shaped layout of the tables framed another intricate floral meadow arrangement (a trend we’re loving right now!). Guests toasted and dined on delicate green and white china, and citrus-hued arrangements lined the center of each table.

The Favors

It’s no secret that matchboxes are trending for wedding favors, but we LOVE that this team spiced up the trend by incorporating every color in the color palette as well as some of the motif from the original invitation suite. Perfection is all in the details.

The Cake

A delectable three-tiered cake served as their “Something Blue”. The simple and sweet confection was decorated with buttercream frosting and dried apple slices.
