Set against the natural beauty of wine country, Megan and Ben’s wedding at Beltane Ranch blended playful elegance with bold, garden-inspired styling. Vibrant floral arrangements by Maiden Flora in shades of pink, orange, and yellow punctuated every corner, from the rustic vintage truck greeting guests at the entrance to the charming ceremony set under a canopy of oak trees while the tablescapes, rich in color and texture, brought a sense of whimsy and warmth to the outdoor reception. Planned with the help of Jenni Grubba Events and captured by Kassie Moore Photography is the perfect pop-of-color inspo for the bride planning her spring into summer wedding event.

The colorful vibe of the event was set from the moment guests received their invitations.

The bride carried a colorful bouquet of dahlias complemented by on trend draped greens.

The couple said “I do” in front of a gorgeous historic tree that Maiden Flora outfitted in asymmetrical installations of bright florals. The aisle was a rainbow of roses and wildflowers set into tin window boxes for a garden-inspired look.

Guests were greeted at cocktail hour with a colorful mod-inspired sign and another window box-inspired floral arrangement. Cocktails sat atop a table covered in small floral details.

Guests could choose from small cocktail tables or a comfy lounge area to sit and chat throughout cocktail hour.

You’ve seen a beer burro, but have you seen a cocktail hour sheep?! The adorable guest walked around greeting everyone and providing the perfect opportunity for a photo op.

A multi-colored dance floor with pink disco decor set the tone for guests to dance the night away.

The reception was set up adjacent to where the ceremony took place, which allowed the couple to use their floral tree installation as another part of the backdrop. Rainbow-inspired centerpieces sat atop green runners, and menus were a nod to the same color scheme and font as the welcome signage.

The cake was an impressive four-tier white fondant cake from Sweet Cakes Sonoma with pressed wildflowers in a variety of complementary colors.

As day turned to night, the colorful votives atop every table created a glow mirrored by the delicately draped string lights overhead.
