After grabbing their Cracker Jacks and drinks, guests enjoyed a baseball-themed cocktail hour before moving into the barn for a locally inspired plated dinner by Donovan’s Dish —featuring smoked meats, roasted vegetables, and curated wine pairings.
Autumn color palette: oxblood, pink, and blue
The reception with florals by Once Gathered was a masterclass in putting together a burgundy and blue palette. Pink and burgundy floral tablecloths added elegant texture, while patterned plates, leaf-shaped place cards, and soft centerpieces with plenty of candles elevated the vignette.
Tree-framed dessert display
Instead of one large statement cake, Olivia and Tyler opted for a collection of bite-sized desserts with a simple, elegant two-tier cake by LBS Cakes for their ceremonial cutting. The dessert area, framed by velvet drape and living trees, created a cozy, romantic vignette in the busy reception space.

After the wedding, Tyler commissioned an original art piece from a Savannah artist—based on a photo of the two of them standing beneath their chuppah. It is now displayed in their home as a tribute to their wedding day, his grandfather’s love of art, and the emotional thread that connects their story.
