The Vision: Quiet Luxury

This summer wedding proved that rain doesn’t ruin the magic, it simply reshapes it. Planned by LMJ Weddings as an outdoor celebration in the bride’s parents’ garden, the day unfolded with a seamless shift to Plan B as the weather changed. The ceremony began outside beneath umbrellas and ended inside the marquee, a transition that felt spontaneous, joyful and full of personality. Live music carried the moment, turning what could have been a disruption into a memorable, laughter-filled highlight of the day. Despite the rain, the aesthetic never faltered. Their outdoor photo backdrop delivered editorial energy while their luxury countryside chic aesthetic throughout gave effortless Pinterest vibes.

Inside the marquee, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and stylish without feeling overdone, the perfect balance of elegance and refined luxury. With a stunning drape sectioning the dining area, they strategically planned the space to utilize multiple areas of the marquee for different moments during the reception.

The Florals

The bride’s bouquet, by Grown Made, of modern ivory and green florals was artistic, sculptural and quietly elegant. The rest of the floral design embraced a relaxed garden style, and what made these arrangements extra special was who made them—the bridal party! The day before, the bridal party came together, bringing home-grown florals that they turned into the centerpieces.

Trending: Fabric Signage

Thoughtful details shaped the experience from the moment guests arrived. A bespoke linen welcome sign framed the entrance, adding a refined, understated touch that echoed the couple’s overall vision for the day. Designed and arranged by the bride, this personalised wedding detail was not missed by their guests.

The Fashion

Frolicking through the field in her corseted gown by Saint Bridal Couture, the bride exuded cool girl energy. She paried the elegant gown with lace opera gloves and a matching lace-trimmed veil. The groom looked equally dapper in a tan three-piece suit and blush tie.

The Cake

In keeping with the laid-back vibe, the couple cut into a simple, yet elegant, three-tiered wedding cake. It was frosted in a rustic buttercream and decorated with fresh wildflowers and greenery.

The Party

As night fell, the celebration only grew livelier. A champagne tower pour marked the start of an energetic evening, with music, dancing and all the good vibes finishing with the bride managing to climb the marquee beam in her wedding dress!
