the vibe: autumn at the château

This editorial styled shoot, planned and designed by Via Weds, blends refined French château romance with a modern twist on autumnal color. Set at the magnificent Château Bouffémont near Paris, the concept marries deep burgundy tones with soft matcha greens—a contemporary palette that feels both luxurious and organic. Our vision was to create a balance between opulence and calm: velvet textures, candlelight, and lush florals by Maison Godin Floral Designer against the timeless stone backdrop of the château. The result is an intimate yet elevated atmosphere, perfect for couples seeking inspiration that’s rich, soulful, and seasonally inspired.

the stationery

Hand-pressed paper, textured envelopes, and a crawling vine motif hinted at the organic inspiration, while a fine art botanical print and wax seal alluded to the elegant nature of the affair. We also have to mention that velvet envelopes weren’t always a thing, and now they are, so consider us OBSESSED!

the fashion

The bride channeled old-world nobility in this elegant lace dress from My Bridal Boutique. They paired the look with lace opera gloves and mantilla-style veil. An elegant lace choker added a modern yet timeless feel to the entire ensemble. The groom looked equally dashing in a beautifully tailored black three-piece suit.

trending: grazing tables

We’ve seen just about every iteration of this trend, and we simply can’t get enough. Instead of serving passed hors d’oeuvres for your cocktail hour, consider asking your catering company to tap into their creative side to create a delectable display like this one. Sweet or savory—you truly can’t go wrong.

the ride

Don’t forget to plan your getaway! The couple made their great escape into the French countryside in style, slipping away in an ivory vintage Triumph convertible.
