For this bridal editorial, the was on a timeless natural makeup look paired with effortless hair. The goal was to enhance the bride’s natural beauty while giving her a radiant, camera-ready finish for this vintage-inspired, sage green wedding inspo hosted at Quinta da Pedra Salgada, planned by Zelie & Co., and captured by Sonia V Photography. From the invitations to the delicate yet statement-making flowers and on-trend gold mini lamps, every detail was executed to perfect.

Invitation inspo: nature meets luxury
Invitations were designed in a variety of styles by Avi Scribbles. Contemporary typewriter font was used in sage ink on a cream background. Rough edges added an element of vintage interest to the program of events, and custom watercolor images of natural elements set the tone for the overall vibe of the day.

Makeup goals: fresh and glowy
The makeup by Makeup Tiffanys emphasized fresh, luminous skin with a soft glow. A lightweight, dewy foundation was used to even out the complexion while still allowing the skin to shine through. A touch of cream blush on the cheeks added a healthy flush, complemented by a soft highlight on the high points of the face.

Makeup palette: neutral tones and taupes
The bride’s eyes were softly defined using neutral tones such as warm taupes and soft browns, blended seamlessly for depth without harsh lines. Mascara on the lashes and well-groomed brows completed the eye look. A peachy nude lipstick with a satin finish tied everything together.

How to: skin prep for a glowy complexion
To replicate this look, focus on skin prep—hydrated, well-moisturized skin is key to achieving that lit-from-within glow. Use cream or liquid products where possible for a more natural, blendable finish.

Hair goals: soft and effortless
The bride’s hair was styled in soft, loose waves to complement the bride’s effortless elegance. Waves were created using a medium-barrel curling iron and then gently brushed out for a relaxed texture.

How to: maintaining a wavy style
To maintain the waves without making them feel stiff, use a light texturizing spray and avoid heavy hairsprays.

Simple garden “I do’s”
The bride and groom were set up in front of a garden area covered in existing greenery and complemented with two abstract floral arrangements by Florida Studio featuring twiggy accents and classic white anemones.
