In her champagne-lined lace dress from Galia Lahav, Carly graced the mirrored aisle that seemed to blend with the endless horizon, where the ocean meets the shores of Los Cabos. Carter, framed by an elegant white rose chuppa, was breathless as he watched his beautiful bride walking towards him. We are loving this new trend of minimalist beach weddings, and this one captures the understated elegance perfectly. the vibe: minimalist beach wedding

On November 16, 2024, Carly Itzcovitch and Carter Kerzner brought together 135 of their closest friends and family for a sun-filled wedding weekend in Los Cabos, Mexico. What started as an Instagram conversation, sparked by a mutual family friend, turned into a storybook destination celebration, complete with fireworks, live music, and plenty of heartfelt moments. With Amy Abbott Events leading the planning, the couple created a weekend experience that was both meaningful and unforgettable.

A colorful Shabbat dinner kicked things off, followed by a wedding day rooted in soft neutrals and special personal touches—like chocolate favors from Carter’s family’s chocolatier and custom seating cards for each guest. Aria Vera Floral kept the monochromatic palette throughout all of the dramatic arrangements, including the massive floral chuppah that framed the ocean view. The reception included signature cocktails, a surprise fireworks display, and a musical performance by Carter’s brothers that turned a family tradition into an unforgettable crowd moment.

the fashion
Carly wore a floral-embellished Galia Lahav gown, Christian Louboutin heels (her childhood dream), and later slipped into a white-and-silver Clio Peppiatt mini dress and Gucci rhinestone sneakers. Carter chose a beige-and-white linen suit with their couple’s logo stitched inside, finished with Cartier details and matching Louboutin loafers.

the signage

For their custom-made signage, the couple went with a painted backdrop that resembled blush-hued marble. On the elegant escort display, featuring the same backdrop, guests found envelopes with a personalized letter from the couple addressed to them. This is another beautiful trend that we’re seeing more and more of.

words of wisdom from the happy couple

Do your research on planners and pick the best of the best !!! We got lucky with having Amy and Cristina, but we would have been lucky to have anyone on their team. They know what they are doing and truly, truly care. ALSO don’t forget to enjoy the process and the moments during the festivities—they go by in a flash and you want to take it all in while you are there.
