How to Have a Fall Mountain Inspired Wedding in the City

Share

Bride and groom embrace under vintage string lights

Hey Brides, interested in planning a fall wedding? Let this mountain-inspired design from Sweetly Paired be your guide. They wanted to bring the outdoors in, so they chose the Blanc Denver in Colorado to host this rustic romance with an industrial city vibe.

The amazing mountain backdrop set against a brick wall is the highlight of the design, and that’s just the beginning. A hot cider bar, colored glassware, and fall florals are what await you below! Captured by Ashley Kidder, check out all the amazing ideas below from the vendors, and catch the entire shoot in the full gallery.

From Sweetly Paired

This shoot is a fall-inspired, mountains in the city shoot. It featured a real Colorado same-sex couple, Alexi & Taylor. They were gorgeous, and SO in love. We had local vendors for every detail, from food to flowers, rentals to dessert… and even a hot cider bar, awesome Edison bulbs in the trees, and a RAD mountain arch! The shoot was right in the center of downtown Denver, but the mountains were still captured in the vision with a local company’s custom mountain arch!

Fall colors

The florals have touches of all of the fall colors, with bronze being the primary tone. The rentals for the tablescape had mixed metallics, from gold to copper. The Charlotte glassware picked up the light and the amber cut-glass water goblets brought the moodiness we were after. Catering by Design delivered with the gorgeous passed hors d’ourves, and Olive and Poppy managed the floral design with superior style and class. The rentals were a mix of Colorado Party Rentals, Chaircovers and Linens (napkins), and Have a Seat Colorado. The hot cider station came from Yours Truly Cupcake, and the first dance was flanked by one of our favorite DJs, Sound Master Entertainment.
