Leah & Phil Married on Jupiter Island

Share

I adore small intimate weddings.  Leah and Phil got married on a beautiful sun-drenched day in the garden of a private residence on Jupiter Island in South Florida.  Only twenty five guests attended this charming ceremony officiated by the bride’s uncle.   Since they both have grandparents that cannot travel (hers in Florida and his in Boston) they will be having a second, larger wedding in Boston later this year.  So they get the best of both worlds.  The small outdoor wedding and the big party.  How cool is that?   I had a great time spending the day with them and telling their wedding story.  A few favorites are below, but head on over to my blog to see the rest.

Next Story

After a tea ceremony in traditional red attire and playful door games, this couple exchanged vows at Son Marroig’s iconic marble temple before a candlelit, moon-inspired reception overlooking the Mediterranean.
A fully floral mandap surrounded by pastel blooms became the centerpiece of this couple's outdoor ceremony before a dramatic floral entrance, floating candles, and a white and gold dance floor
When steady rain moved their ceremony beneath a tent, rain-soaked portraits, vintage-hued florals, oversized lamps, and a checkered dance floor made Plan B feel anything but second best.
