Pia Gladys Perey SS2022 Collection Launch

New York, October 7, 2021 – Pia Gladys Perey returns to bridal week with a renewed sense of versatility and simplicity. Focusing on simple cuts and lines that she enjoyed during her youth while introducing a new fabrication, mulberry silk. A fabric that supports her celebration of the modern woman and her focus on the many facets of sustainability. Amidst the pandemic, Pia is inspired by our ability to go back to what is essential and simple by revisiting her youth and reminiscing on simple joys – accepting the fact that seeing, making and celebrating beauty does not require so much effort . Focusing on the resilience and strength that is in everyone of us. Emerging from all the challenges and changes with positivity, pivoting to the future with a better perspective of what is important.

Her key pieces include the Clara and Emy dresses that showcased her skill for delicate draping as well as stunningly simple yet breathtaking designs like the Giselle and Amina dresses in mulberry silk.
