The Plan For The Bride-To-Be

The Bride Rachel, the owner of Belladaar Jewelry, wanted to celebrate her upcoming Los Cabos wedding by laying out in the sun and lounging by the pool with her closest girlfriends. So the 10 of them headed off to Rachel’s best friend’s vacation home in Palm Springs for the perfect girls weekend getaway!

It’s so much more fun having all your friends in one shared home equipped with your own pool rather than spread throughout a hotel. I wanted to make sure the weekend was as close to Rachel, the bride, as possible. Knowing she’s not a fan of color or anything too bright, we stuck with all muted natural earth tones and stayed FAR away from any of the typical Bachelorette decor.

We took into account where we were staying for all the girls gifts. Since we were in a location that exceeds 100 degrees no matter the time of day, we gifted everyone with their own monogrammed Turkish pool towels + personalized one-piece bathing suits with adorable woven fans for their day outdoors. We had the weekend itineraries stamped with cacti images and custom coconuts for everyone to enjoy upon arrival. Since everyone loves a good “Instagramable moment” we created a fun balloon garland outside to serve as a great photo backdrop! I think playing up your bachelorette venue always is a must.”

As all the girls were settling in, a private chef arrived to cook up a yummy 4-course meal to enjoy for their “Girls Night In”. After dinner, they all changed into their matching silk PJ’s, drank wine + played silly games and just enjoyed their time all together on night one.

The next day was a full pool day leading into a rooftop dinner reservation at Azucar where the Groom-to-be had a round of drinks waiting for the Bride and all her favorite ladies. The night continued out in downtown Palm Springs with dancing at a fun local bar. The weekend was a perfect way to kick off the wedding celebrations and the bride cannot wait to get married in a few short months!
