Nothing about the wedding has been done by the book all along – we did it 100% our way. Having a destination wedding in the beautiful island of Santorini seemed like a no brainer as it’s known for the most romantic sunset in the world.

Sorry everybody, but Sky handmade all of the hats for her gal pals. She got a roll of sequins, drew the names on the hats and sewed them on by lining it on the sketch. if you’re not handy like that,

Having almost 30 guests pump the brakes on their lives to hop on the plane to come see us get married across the world was a lot to ask for so we had to make sure we had something extra planned for all. Having a private sunset cruise was a perfect choice, to make it more fun we’ve added some personal touches.

The groom brought two floaties across the globe in his carry on while the bride had 10 hats over her head that were handmade for all the ladies included in the boat trip.

All the props came in very handy and were just a perfect touch of both – personal and fun. When it comes to wedding we tend to lose ourselves in the planning process, it’s important to stop and think if everything you’re doing speaks “you and your significant other” because at the end of the day that weekend is all about you and guests will remember the little personal details you’ve put your heart into.
