Who’s ready for this fun laid back engagement shoot in Palm Springs?! Andrew and Casey are both outdoor enthusiasts and couldn’t resist including the beautiful dessert landscape and urban vibe of Palm Springs into their dreamy shoot.

We’re convinced, these two are just too cute and their shoot was both stylish and beautiful! Read more about their love story below, plus see all the images for yourself in the full gallery captured by Rochelle Cheever Weddings.

How he asked

From Rochelle Cheever Weddings: Andrew popped the question at Pittock Mansion perched high in the West Hills of Portland just before Christmas while the two were visiting family. Casey describes it as a perfect moment made even sweeter when snow started to fall from the sky as she screamed “yes!” The pair had originally planned to get married in Palm Springs, but decided to instead have a destination wedding in Positano, Italy. With that said, the couple couldn’t get Palm Springs out of their minds and knew that it would be the perfect location for their engagement shoot.

Fun relaxed day

Casey and Andrew are both outdoor lovers – in particular, Andrew is drawn to plants like cacti and succulents, which served as the inspiration behind their photos. By keeping it simple and making the shoot about the two of them enjoying a day together, they were able to have fun with the photos and get even more excited for their fast-approaching wedding.
