Warm toes are overrated, especially for this newly engaged couple. When you pop the question during the winter months in New England sunny beach photo sessions are kind of out of the question. Lucky for Andrew and Kelsey their love for the wintery wonderland of Vermont can only be topped by their love for one another!

So take a quaint and crisp snow filled walk with this adorable couple. And don’t miss any of their sweet engagement poses captured by AB Photography, we have every last one of their photos waiting for you in the full gallery!

A Sweet Little Love Story

From AB Photography: Kelsey and Andrew’s engagement session at Quechee Inn at Marshland Farms was the perfect winter wonderland session! Kelsey grew up in Quechee right up the road from the Inn and had always dreamed of having her wedding there. Years later, her sweetheart Andrew proposed to Kelsey across from the Inn by the beautiful pond. Naturally, they knew they had to have their wedding there and are excited for their 2017 wedding at Quechee Inn.

When Kelsey and I were talking about her engagement photos, I knew the grounds for Quechee Inn would be perfect. Kelsey wanted true New England winter beauty – and she got just that! The day of the shoot was a massive New England snow storm that lead to us walking the beautiful grounds as the snow silently fell around us. It was the perfect winter engagement session! While we were out talking I asked to see Kelsey’s gorgeous engagement ring that has a yellow gold and white gold band intertwined. It was then that they told the story of how Andrew had the whole family keep a secret as he got the gold band from Kelsey’s grandmother to use in making the ring – it turned out beautifully and is such a special piece of their story
