With friends and family coming in from all over the world to celebrate, this beautiful day at Lowndes Grove Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina was a total dream come true. From Ooh! Events: This beautiful wedding at Lowndes Grove plantation was something out of a dream! The invitation suite, the linens, the abundance of smylax greenery, and of course, the happy and bubbly couple. I asked bride Paige, what her favorite part of her day was…you’ll find her answers below.
What was your favorite part of your wedding?
From the bride: The lengths that people went to be a part of celebrating our big day was absolutely incredible! We had friends and family fly in from Germany, California, and everywhere in between. The love we felt for each other and from everyone around us is hard to put into words. We are so lucky to have such a strong support system and it truly showed on our special day!
Did anything funny happen..any bloopers?!
When we first got engaged, I immediately knew I wanted my uncle to officiate our ceremony. He is one of the most humble, funny, kind, and genuine people I know- and happens to do some pretty incredible impersonations! I thought we got through the ceremony scot-free until his eyes started to get squinty at the end and I knew his most famous impression was about to come out- Bill Clinton! I’m not sure if it was our kiss or his humor, but the crowd erupted and it was such a fun way to end the ceremony!
