The Perfect Venue
When Ryan Switzer, former University of North Carolina wide receiver and current Pittsburgh Steeler, proposed to former UNC Cheerleader Gabie Dinsbeer, they both knew they wanted a classic southern wedding with strong ties to their alma mater. The Barn of Chapel Hill, located on a gorgeous flower farm just a few miles away from the university, was the perfect location.
The Perfect Day
Lush, garden-inspired flowers were an important detail for the bride, and the Barn of Chapel Hill‘s floral staff made sure Gabie’s dream became a reality. From the lovely garden ceremony to the classic green and white centerpieces in the barn, no detail was overlooked.
Personalized jars filled with the farm’s honey made for a sweet (in more ways than one!) way to escort guests to their seats. Taper candles, blush napkins, and gold-rimmed chargers all added to the elegance of the barn’s reception space. Friends, family, and Ryan’s current and former teammates all enjoyed a night filled with laughter and dancing.
