Katie and Steve’s late August wedding was such a beautiful event with unique and special touches that made the day unforgettable! The college sweethearts got married at The Timber Point Mansion in Great Neck, NY, not far from where the bride grew up. The dusty rose and pale green event was a perfect mix of rustic and chic. From the flowers, to the delicate decor, to the gorgeous Long Island Sound backdrop the day was as special as the couple being celebrated!
The stylish decor carried the rustic vibe throughout the venue. Not one centerpiece was the same. All of the flower vases and lanterns were found by the bride and Mother-of-The-Bride at flea markets and vintage shops. The chalkboard signage added a special and personal touch to the event. All signage was handmade by the brides friend and bridesmaid, Sierra, of La Luna By Sierra. One of the signs featured their signature drink, The Henrito Mojito, inspired by the couples dog, Henry! And all of it was perfectly captured by the very talented Christin Gideon Photography!
