Making New Friends
From the Bride: We wanted a fun and casual setting for our friends and family. A day that was not too formal, where they could escape the city and enjoy some BBQ and cocktails with friends. We also wanted everyone to make new friends!
Express Yourself With Fun Details
We made a lot of small details ourselves and loved how they turned out. I was especially happy with the cake I made but we also loved the “bride” “groom” state signs and the table name candles that were a tribute to LA beaches.
We also asked people to give us advice on our RSVP cards and displayed the responses. That was a great conversation starter for our guests. Our florist, Heavenly Blooms, made the most beautiful, bright arrangements that pulled everything together.
Cake Topper Love
My Dad also played guitar and sang for our first dance so that was a big highlight. We didn’t even do a spin or anything while dancing – we were both smiling so much.We just can’t get over the fact that Laura made this fabulous wedding cake!
