Happy bride and groom smiling outdoors on their wedding day

Pure Luxe bride and groom Gillian + Stuart wed on April 8th at The Island House, located in Johns Island. The bride and groom’s charming and fun personalities were showcased beautifully in their romantic and vintage inspired wedding. Friends and family from the bride and groom’s Scottish hometown were present to be a part of the special day. Elements from their Scottish heritage were visible throughout the wedding. Many guests wore kilts and other traditional Scottish attire.

Southern style food stations were placed inside the beautiful white tent with wrought iron chandeliers. Their 28 guests sat at one large rectangular table to create a more intimate feel. To add to the personal feel of this wedding, the groom sang and played guitar to his wife towards the end of the reception.
