I knew from the beginning that I wanted my own personal stamp on most of our wedding. I love being crafty so it made the planning process so much fun. Our venue was set in the country outside of Nashville, TN. Hachland Hill is like a small retreat and is just gorgeous – we knew the moment we saw the place that it was where we wanted to get married. Davey and I helped our Pastor write our ceremony so it wasn’t generic but tailored to our specific beliefs and wants.It was so fun being a part of that process not just having a generic ceremony.Our dinner was very casual – BBQ but served on antique mismatched plates that I collected during our engagement. We left in a shower of sparklers to jet off to Barbados the next day. What a magical time it was! – Jessica
