Lavender & Yellow Vintage Wedding in Topanga Canyon Estate

Share

Bride and groom smile during outdoor wedding

Ryan and Joanne were both in medical school, juggling long hours, cramming for huge exams… and trying to plan a wedding, when they came to me. These two are the sweetest, most thoughtful couples I have ever worked with, and coordinating their wedding was such an honor. By the end of the night – I felt like I was part of the family. Joanne & Ryan got married in Topanga Canyon at the gorgeous 1909 estate. Their wedding was just two days after Christmas, but it was Joanne’s goal to not make it feel Christmasy. So we set out to infuse Joanne’s favorite colors of lavender and yellow with vintage touches throughout the whole venue. The bride even made her own bouquet out of dried lavender!
