I adored photographing Sam and Lili’s engagement on the Highline and on Governor’s Island on a warm summer day in New York City! Shot early morning on the Highline and Governor’s Island, locations usually buzzing with activity, New York City seemed to slow down and let these two be the only people in the whole city.
From the bride: As native New Yorkers, exploring the city and experiencing all that it has to offer is something we enjoy. However, the places and experiences that always stood out to us were the ones that made us feel at peace and removed from the frenzy of city life without having to leave the city. Samuel proposed on the Highline so it also holds a special place in our hearts.
