Hilary and Andy met while working and living in London. However, both being from New England originally it was the obvious choice to celebrate their union there. And what a beautiful decision it was! Gorgeous navy and periwinkle details make for a lovely seaside affair.

A SEASIDE AFFAIR
A top priority was finding a place where all their guests, most traveling from out of state and overseas, could stay on site. The Newagen Seaside Inn situated along the coast of Maine ended up being the perfect backdrop for their destination, coastal wedding.
For their rehearsal dinner, they opted to share a quintessential Maine experience with their guests and hosted a lobster bake on Cabbage Island, a small island off the coast of Maine. The guests were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the ferry ride back to the mainland.

LOVE NOTES
One of the most outstanding details of the day was the place cards. Hilary and Andy took the time to sit down and write personal letters to each and every one of their guests! They displayed these right outside the tent. It was a wonderful personal touch to welcome guests to a reception and it showed their gratitude for the people who support them.
One of the sweetest moments of the day was when Andy’s sister read a letter from their grandmother, someone who could not be in attendance that day. She offered her advice on maintaining a long-lasting and successful marriage.
After the reception guests made their way over to the Newagen’s game room for an after-party including drinks, a photo booth, and candlepin bowling. A perfect way to end this intimate wedding filled with love and precious details!
