A team of Montreal wedding vendors came together to support the black lives matter movement, “The Love in the City” project. Although 2020 has been challenging, racial discrimination of any kind will no longer be tolerated. What better way to showcase this than an ultra-stylish shoot created by a realm of artists and professionals from the Montreal black wedding community?

CHIC & STYLISH FALL TABLE
From Ma Cherie Bleue Bridal Boutique – How could we demonstrate this togetherness and passion that unites us every day? We decided to put together a high-end photoshoot collaborating with some of the best black-owned businesses in Montreal.
The photoshoot took place in old Montreal to bring together an urban look and rustic feel. The gorgeous Hotel William Grey provided the backdrop for the shoot. With fall at our doorsteps, we thought we could emphasize the scene by setting up a chic table with a modern touch designed by Marilyn Signature Events, rentals by Diva Location, props by Prose Vodka, stationery by XKIZ, wedding favors by Simplement Créatif and gorgeous cake designed by Vanessa Joseph Creations. We used fall colors such as orange and black with a gorgeous pampas grass tree by Lelili Fleurs as the centerpiece.
STYLISH BRIDE AND GROOM LOOKS
The gorgeous couple was captured, making their way through beautiful Old Montreal. We chose real-life couple Aye Nessa and Mike Di Genova as models; their love is tangible through our photographer’s Lacherie Photography lens and ambience of videographer’s First Class Pictures.

BRIDAL STYLING
Ma Cherie Bleue Bridal Boutique– With the change of the times, We incorporated bridal face mask by Katie May. Each look would not be completed without the finish touches of wedding shoes from Bella Belle Shoes, hair accessories by Simplement Créatif and Olivia the Wolf, earrings and garter belts by La Gartier and that stunning beaded tulle cape by Theia Couture.
The bride is complemented by her chic groom dressed by stylist Phalky Style, from Baggie Mens Wear. Hair stylist As God Made Me and make up artist Gabbie McGuire performed their magic achieving the day to evening look flawlessly.
