19 of the Most Baller Bride Squad Snaps from 2019

Share

Another year, another thousand or so photos from the most gorgeous weddings on the Gram. We love this season, because it means we can look back on everything that made a phenom impact on our annual feed – i.e. the posts that just killed – and give our 2020 planning couples some fodder for their own pictures. A well-thought-out shot list is a serious must-have for brides and grooms with vows on the horizon, and these roundups are a great place to start stealing shot-spiration. Now, you’d think we’d start with crazy good close-ups of the couple themselves, right? Well, we’ll get there ((stick around for the next week, we won’t forget)), but for now, given it’s Thursday and we’re always here for a good alliteration, let’s go with Thursday Tribe Takes.

Not even kidding, a good bride+her maids moment on our feed is like and comment gold, without fail. When we spot these gorgeous group shots out in the Instasphere or our #weddingchicks tagged grid we always go for it ((the repost, that is)). Whether it’s a bride walking out of her suite to the shocked and tear-strewn faces of her favorite females, a bed-bound plush pajama pic reminiscent of those Limited Too sleepover parties circa 1995, or just some cute AF candids captured in the right place at the right time, these bestie stills best be blown up and gifted to the girls for Christmas this year. ((Brides who just got married, you’re in luck for gift ideas this year, because throwbacks to your wedding are easy wins!))

In any case, as we were combing our feed for the posts with epic engagement returns, we noticed some trends emerging. Can’t say that they’ll still be what’s hot in 2020, but a bride and her bffs have no chance of going out of style. So, there’s that…

Velvet Vibes.

A bride who dresses her maids in velvet does no wrong in our eyes. Here’s to hoping 2020 brings the lewk back, maybe in spring and summer iterations?!?!!

Swap shots.

Brides with the groomsmen, grooms with bridesmaids. These shots were supes cute this year! Cheesy, for sure, but adorable no doubt.

Back Interest.

Yes, we love girlsies’ beautiful faces, but we love their behinds too! Something about a silhouette snap ((in black BTW)) is just so good. Throw in a bangin’ brigade of bouquets and you’re 👌.

Check the rest of the 19 and happy almost 2020!
