This DIY wedding was beautifully done, and the “morning-of” portrait session set a brilliant tone for the day. Within the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina we strolled around the shops and streets of Black Mountain, as well as the nearby views of the mountain range. Later in the day we hit the little town of Montreat for some photos in the creek and lake – perfect spot for a picnic or boat ride! The ceremony and reception took us down the road to Camp Grier just outside of Old Fort. Set on the shores of a mountain lake, the setting was more than ideal for the wedding.
