Italian Old World Style
From Elizabeth Moore Photography: The theme for our inspiration shoot was Italian Old World, and we incorporated elements from all over Italy to bring this idea to life! From the chiseled and rustic sculptures in Rome to the vibrancy of colors in the orchards and wineries near Florence, to the tropical paradise bordering the Mediterranean Sea – we covered it all.
meticulous details
The details were vast and incredibly meticulous. Custom calligraphy with maps of Italy paired with the hand-drawn invitations accented the long runner down the aisle with gorgeously-drawn cursive quotes. The florals used vibrant pinks and blues paired with creamy pastel colors, all accented by bundles of fruit galore. And that bouquet set against that stunning white dress had us swooning!
Showcasing the best of Italy
We wanted to make the olive groves of Tuscany come alive, we wanted to feel the same romance felt in the hill town of Montepulciano, and we wanted to showcase the deep divine colors of a fine Brunello wine from Montalcino. This all needed to flourish while complementing the allure of Lancaster County. We believe that in the end, our color palette and accessories provided by the team and raw beauty of the natural Old World style showcased perfectly on these white walls and we hope you feel the same too!
