The Venue
The Steeple House in Maui is one of the island’s newest wedding venues. It was originally built as a church in the 1950’s for the workers in the pineapple fields that used to surround the area. Now it sits adjacent to the Ritz Carlton in one of the most sought-after areas on the island.
Surrounded by ocean views and sea cliffs, we wanted a rustic organic feel for this summer inspired styled shoot. The venue offers both an indoor and outdoor ceremony option and they were both so pretty we had to shoot and style both, not to mention the light-filled dining area and bridal suite.
The Ceremony(s)
We LOVE the circle trend and so we brought it throughout both ceremony setups. The table was adorned with a live moss table runner, found objects ( the candle holders are antique fire hose nozzles) wood and metals. The real agate chargers added a stunning natural shimmer to the table and made a major statement.

The Wedding Style
Our bride wore a full sleeve lace dress that flowed in the winds that are so often in the area and the groom was looking sharp in a navy suit. To keep with our “All Natural” theme the cake was a simple one tier organic, gluten-free, vegan cake surrounded by lush greens.
