Gorgeous venue in Vegas
From Elyse Alexandria Photography: Las Vegas is primarily known for either the downtown Strip (bright lights, big city) or the complete opposite, the dry, sandy, flat desert. But there is still beautiful greenery to be found. We loved the grounds of Red Rock Country Club, with its mixture of beautiful green grounds and layered rock exterior.
Modern meets whimsical
With this in mind, we wanted to show how a modern palette can also have a touch of whimsy. We started with marble and coppery accents, and combined these modern looks with pastel florals and a whimsical calligraphy backdrop to create an elegant and stunning look.
Real life couple
Although this was not a real wedding celebration between the bride & groom models, they are in fact a real couple. Emalina, who was Miss Nevada 2016, met Austin one night at a fraternity party back in January of 2014. She was only there for fun (insisting that she wasn’t going to have a boyfriend until she had at least graduated college). But when she saw this handsome stranger across the room, she was instantly intrigued.
How they met
He was tall, good looking, and well dressed, and she needed to know if there was more. She made her way across the room and started a conversation. He had the most beautiful eyes and was incredibly charming. And she knew she had to get to know him a little better. Hours later, even after her friends had left, she and Austin were still talking. Emalina knew that Austin was someone special, so she put her number in his phone and insisted that he call her sometime. The next morning she woke up to the text, “Good morning beautiful,” and from that day on, they talked every day!
