Rosewood Resort Romance
From Maya Myers: San Miguel de Allende is rich with a melded culture of Mexican and Spanish routes and artists who have migrated there from around the world. It is vibrant with color, music and architecture, and has a seduction perfect for wedding celebrations and love. With a backdrop like the Rosewood Resort and the town itself, we knew we didn’t need much in terms of pallet and design. Our goal was to accent the environment and highlight it’s sexy appeal with a touch of luxury.
Surrounded by Experts
Along with the help of Harmony Walton at the Bridal Bar, we chose a creative team both local to San Miguel de Allende and American creatives who would collaborate with fine quality products and talents, each representing their own artistry, while honoring the natural beauty and culture surrounding the project.
The summer months serve San Miguel with lush greenery and so we expanded that with our florals, and incorporated natural whites with hints of gold, burgundy and dark purples and black. Most importantly however our models, a young couple (my brother and his soon to be fiancé!) whose love for each other tied the whole project together seamlessly. One would have never guessed it wasn’t their actual wedding day.
