This shoot was the result of a combined love of romance and everything watercolor. Navy and gold ruled the day with accents of watercolor. Watercolor is unique, dreamy and so romantic. Adding the watercolor added just the right touch of artistry and romance needed for the shoot. Hayley paige wedding gown
I told Kenzie with Ivory House Creative I wanted the watercolor touches to be in stationery. So, she designed the most gorgeous invitations, escort cards, menu cards and table numbers for the shoot. It was just the right shades of blue we wanted and perfect for what I was going for. Our model wore a gorgeous Hayley Paige gown from Ivy Bridal Studio, handpicked by the owner Jackie. All along I knew I wanted a Hayley Paige gown, she designs these gowns that are romantic to the eye but up close, have modern and edgy detail for the most feminine yet stylish bride. Our bride wore a delicate Justine M Couture hairpiece which wrapped in the bride’s hair perfectly.
Watercolor wedding details
Ashby Floral Boutique provided the flowers and I was so in love with them. She took my inspiration and ran with it. The compote and spraying flowers were exactly what I wanted. She also brought these adorable watercolor candles and handmade paper flowers for our unique ceremony scene. The gold birch trees added some sparkle to the ceremony. There was an old rusted bed frame at the venue and it was exactly what we were wanting for our escort cards. Seeing the our watercolor cards with gold foil up against the rusted frame was the essence of the shoot.

Cindy with Enticing Icings made a gorgeous cake adorned with watercolor and gold and the most beautiful Anemone handmade by Cindy. She has the most beautiful way with her flowers. I think one of my first pieces I bought for this shoot was the Silk & Willow ribbon, it’s what first inspired me to do this shoot. I loved seeing it flow down the bride’s bouquet and blow in the wind. I loved styling the shoot while Coty shot a lot of it on film. Seeing the event on film was like seeing the story unfold. I love how it all came together and the vendors were perfection.
