New Disney Princess Wedding Dresses Are Coming In Hot This Spring

Share

It’s been a loooong time since we spoke about anything Disney – and TBH, our hearts have broken just a teeny tiny bit. But today, on Valentine’s Day no less, we got some news from some of our favorite brands in bridal – and in life – which makes that sabbatical a little more acceptable. Come April, there will be a whole new cast of princess-inspired dresses for when-you-wish-upon-a-star fans and even non-believers #isthatathing? made possible by Allure Bridals and the fairy tale legends at Disney. And when the minds behind the most iconic, silhouetted castle known to man are involved, it’s obvi going to be legit as ever (notice how we didn’t say AF… we’re PG-ing up this post a little bit!)

I won’t say that I predicted this super [califragilisticexpialidocious] collaboration, but I’ve always loved Allure Bridals: it’s the brand I chose to dress my bridesmaids in for my wedding over 5 years ago. I’m so, so happy to see these A-listers team up with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, because I know the dreams of every princess-obsessed bride will be answered and accounted for by this collection.

Replete with 16 stunning and versatile styles starting at $1200, the creative and nostalgic capsule is said to embody the style and spirits of each of Disney’s most-loved heroines. Nine of them will be available at bridal boutiques across the country, while the other seven extra-luxe silhouettes – comprising the consummate Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection – will be sold exclusively at Kleinfeld stores in New York and Toronto.

While we’re going to have to wait until April bridal market to peep the enchanted ensembles in person, we got a couple happily-ever-after hints on Instagram via sneak peek sketches from the brands themselves.

With an inventive mermaid style for Ariel admirers, an elegant ball gown for Belle buffs, and a NOLA-style bayou ball gown for Tiana devotees, the designs are perfectly on-point, and we haven’t even begun to imagine what the rest of Disney’s princess tribe have conjured up for delightfully-dovetailing wedding couture.

Us daydreaming about April…
