The Theia White Collection for Spring 2014 was inspired by the first blush of romance combined with the majesty and opulence of Versailles. This collection of porcelain whites and ivories is accented by delicate blush hues incorporated through sheer silk organza’s, cascading handmade silk flowers, hand embroidered organza petals on beaded belts and on the hems of their signature Petal gowns.
Lace and Spanish tulles along with sweeping duchess and crêpe satin backs evoke a sense of romance. The geometric medallions, in air puffed silk matelassé on a silk mesh ground, and swirling hand embroidered silk cording, with silver glass inlay, were inspired by the elaborate plaster ceilings and the scroll work of the grand gates of Versailles.
