Contemporary wedding decor design is a rising wedding trend that I am very much on board with the age-old saying is true, and less is by far more when it comes to design. With that in mind, wedding photographer, Jamie Dee Photography collaborated with like-minded wedding vendors to create a wedding day with a minimalist and modern vibe. To set the tone TSE Calligraphy designed a modern invitation suite in fall wedding colors.
This inspirational wedding day took place at the San Diego wedding venue, Building 177. A wedding venue with vaulted ceilings, natural light and, 7,000 square feet of versatile space to create the wedding of your dreams.

San Diego MUA
San Diego makeup artist Sam Rae Genido created a gorgeous wedding makeup look and feel for the bride that went beautifully with the day’s vibe. The color palette she used seamlessly blended in with all the other tones used throughout the design.
GEOMETRIC CUTOUT WEDDING GOWN
When Love and Lace Bridal Salon offered us the Scout Bridal gown called “Wanderlust,” we were so excited because it was absolutely perfect for this shoot!
It’s a very clean, minimalist crepe gown with a unique geometric cutout that really complimented the space at Building 177 and the bright colors of our florals designed by New Creations Flower Company.
And the best part of the dress, Scout has a fantastic and really important stance on sustainability, packaging their gowns in 100% sustainable material and even planting a tree with every gown purchased. We absolutely love them!
