Rustic Chic Wedding By Duston Todd Part III

Share

Thank you for sticking around to see the rest of Meg & Matthew’s wedding. They where married at Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada in Thousand Oaks, Ca. Looks like a great rustic outdoor venue. You get 50 year-old walnut tree, oak barrels and gentle ocean breezes from the west. It looks and sounds quite lovely. I am going to let Meg share the rest of her details with you below.
From The Bride: For my center pieces I accomplished that by using milk and mason jars that my husband and I hunted down at Thrit Stores. Inside them we put different flowers such as chamomile, daisies, and crespedia a.k.a “buttons”. We also put in blueberry jelly bellys, candles and I wanted to put honey in some jars but it is obviously expensive and actually isn’t as yellow as I thought, so I put apple juice as a substitute. For our “sign in book” we decided to use a sign in tree. My florist made a miniature tree and put it in a pot. Instead of using  a sign in book, I had guests write a message or just even their names on a little tag and then hang it on a branch.

A special thanks to Duston Todd Photograhpy for sharing this special wedding with us.
