This modern black-tie affair at the New York Botanical Garden was an event designer’s dream to orchestrate. Planned by Mileen Zarin Events and photographed by Far Out Feeling, a carefully composed palette of soft neutrals paired with pastel and jewel-toned florals set a whimsical tone, while spring blooms from Designs by Ahn took center stage with overflowing pastel arrangements and romantic touches throughout.

Modern black & white color palette
There’s no better choice for a contemporary wedding than a black and white invitation suite with modern block lettering.

Timeless with a contemporary twist
The bride wore a timeless strapless style with a modern edge thanks to a thigh-high slit. Her classic cathedral length veil paired perfectly with a lush bouquet of salmon pink peonies and lilies.

Modern detail: floating floral allusion
Floral columns in a sunrise-inspired palette appeared to practically float next to and around the couple as they exchanged vows.
