Be Happy And Healthy On Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day you should look and feel absolutely flawless without a worry or a care. Emily Friend has given us 10 tips on how to achieve just that, so let's get started! PC: Sortra
Hydration Hydration Hydration. Just like your venue was all about location, location, location, your thoughts all day should be hydration, hydration, hydration. It’ll help banish plateaus, flush out toxins, and add a healthy glow to your skin. PC: Evermine Occasions <-- Flavored water recipes here!
Time is Everything. Narrow down your mile-long to-do list for the day to three big-ticket items to tackle in a day, five or so smaller tasks, and a few fun pieces to leave you refreshed. Set a time for each task and stay on track. Overbooking is a surefire way to a Bridezilla craze. PC: Better Off Wed
Above all, respect and love everyone. That aforementioned being said, be kind to everyone. Don’t use any excuse to go mad, be Bridezilla, and claim that whatever you want goes. Meet everyone with respect and consideration.  Others will meet your kindness in like fashion. Your attendants, your family, and most importantly, you, will be much happier. Find how YOU love to work out. Find exercise that you love; find something that makes you excited and that you look forward to several times a week, and do it! You’ll see faster results, have a mindset that isn’t self-destructive, and love your body walking down the aisle. PC: Dolce & Gabbana
Greens are Gold. Adding greens into your daily eats in the weeks, or days if you’re pressed for time, leading up to your wedding (and the rest of your life) will leave you feeling energized, radiant, and powerful in your body, your thoughts, and your relationships. PC: Dagmar's Kitchen <-- Recipe here!
Don't Obsess. When you stop obsessing and overanalyzing and reacting too harshly, everything lines up like magic. If you find yourself in a panic, as if nothing is going the right way, take a deep breath in, picture you and your spouse to-be walking hand in hand, and exhale, knowing everything will wind up as it must. PC: Ryan Ray Photography
Keep it simple. Trying to set goals for your body, your health, or even planning those intricate bits for your Big Day? Make them SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. PC: Paige Jones
When in doubt, crowd it out. Dieting never works. Really. Instead of a restrictive list of what you ‘can’ and ‘can not’ have in your daily menu, try adding in more goodies like fresh fruit and vegetables. When we think of things as off-limits, we want them more; if we know we can have as much as we want, we suddenly aren’t so drawn to them. PC: Sugar & Charm <-- Recipe here!
Find your core. No, I don’t mean your six-pack. When you stick to the reason for having this big shindig (to celebrate the union of two best friends, lovers, and souls), everything sparks with a touch of love and is heard through the love of laughter. Remember that all of the prep and all of the hair-pulling frustrations are for love. PC: Rebecca Ellison Photography
Drink and Be Merry. There is no perfect way to exercise, eat, look, or be on your wedding day except your authentic self, lit up by love, and ready for the next phase of your life. So raise your glass in toast, and remember that when all else fails, you’ll still be surrounded by happiness, laughter, and the ones you cherish most. PC: Domesticate Me <-- Recipe here!
