For many years, cupcakes have been one of our most beloved childhood icons, but they were in need of a major makeover! Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach was created to re-invent America’s most beloved childhood icon and create an affordable and edible luxury, combining a sincere love of fashion with delicious cupcakes.

The beauty and brains behind Cupcakes Couture stems from two young girls who set out to live their dreams and start their own business. No easy fete to conquer, but as determined as they were, Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach was born.

Jenine Cravatt migrated to California by way of New York after graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology. Longing to bring the East Coast cupakery trend to the beach towns, she brought her sharp business sense to the table and designed a cupcakery boutique that resembles many shops you would find on 5th Avenue. With close attention to detail and a passion for cupcakes, Jenine now handles all of operations and the daily excitement that goes into making Cupcakes Couture a big success!

Stephanie Franz graduated with honors from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and joined the Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach as the in house Chocolatier.  Stephanie’s love for cupcakes and the art of food brought her to partner with Jenine and launch Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach.  Applying her passion for pastry, with her personal style and French techniques you can taste the attention to detail put into each cupcake. Made with only the finest quality ingredients and a designing technique that is now being passed along to other chefs, Stephanie’s custom cupcakes are unlike any on the market today.
