Emma and Martin live in rural Berkshire in the United Kingdom, so they felt that a country style wedding would be their best fit. Originally planning a garden wedding, they quickly changed their mind when they laid eyes on The Black Barn at Rushall Manor Farm. A large barn with a raw space that allowing Emma and Martin the freedom to create one of the most glamorous barn weddings we have ever seen.

From The Bride:The barn itself was quite an imposing structure, set amongst open green fields with a long gravel path leading up to it. I could imagine all the guests coming up this long bumpy gravel drive thinking where on earth were they going to and then hopefully being pleasantly surprised when they arrived at the barn and the way it had been decorated inside.
Inside the barn there were huge wooden struts which were just shouting out to be adorned with foliage and chandeliers. We also liked the large double fronted doors at the entrance, I could see white drapes set against the black wood providing a dramatic entrance point for welcoming guests.
We love the gold chiavari chairs and all the beautiful details on Emma and Martin’s wedding tables. From the crystal candle holders to the lush floral arrangements. It was the the perfect amount of glamour mixed in with subtle rustic details to tie in the charm of the barn.
Not only did they have a live band playing at their wedding, they also had a pianist playing on a baby grand piano to entertain guests as they dined. Be sure not to miss their lovely desert table that was decked out with everything from macaroons to custom candy.
