The lucky chick and her man will receive:

Dress Shopping Tip

Here are a few tips to consider when shopping for your dress:

• Make an appointment
{if you don’t have one, it is likely that you won’t get the attention you need}
• Bring a friend or your mom
{it’s always nice to have honest opinions}
• Get ready
{do your hair and make-up, you’ll just feel pretty and have a better time}
• Eat
{have a light snack before you shop so you are happy and satisfied}
• Be open to suggestions
{somtimes a bride will choose a style of gown she swore she would never wear}
• Give yourself plenty of time
{be sure not to make back-to-back appointments so you have ample time}

Another little tip I tell my Brides is to wear modest undergarments. Many don’t realize that they will be changing in front of not only the people they bring along, but sometimes the salon employee(s).

Definitely be open to suggestions and try on all different styles. The dress I picked, I only tried it on because I thought my mother would like it. I never thought I would actually like it. Haha. Then I loved it. Not what I had originally pictured myself in, but I was pleasantly surprised and am really happy with my selection.

Blushing Bouquets

As you may notice, the Wedding Chicks love all things pastel. Flowers are no exception.
There is just something so wonderful about a soft and feminine bouquet! We especially
love peonies and pink orchids, another favorite are the blush roses - so pretty! We just
love to see pastel bouquets in the spring and summer!

Wedding Chick Tip: Discuss the thickness and weight of your bouquet with your floral

Peonies are one of my favorites as well. Great list of floral designers- The Spiraled Stem is one of my main go-to’s:) Christine’s work is AMAZING, with an emphasis on GREEN (as in environmentally sustainable) flowers.
