Viceroy Palm Springs Modern Wedding Venue

If you are looking for a modern wedding venue that can accommodate all of your hip and happening friends we suggest hitting up Viceroy Palm Springs. Before we get into our wedding venue feature we want to thank Lane Dittoe Photography for his fresh photography skills.

We recently had the pleasure of reviewing the property so we can share with you first hand how incredible it is. It is a quaint hidden oasis on a tiny back street in Palm Springs. The entire look and feel of the estate is designed in a modern interpretation of the Hollywood Regency style with artistically manicured grounds and three refreshing pools. This laid back resort is a perfect place for modern wedding.

Stay tuned for we will be featuring the second part of our time at Viceroy Palm Springs. Were we will be sharing the second quaint and intimate wedding ceremony option.

Basically they have two different options for your wedding day. The first is the traditional larger ceremony which can be held in the Presido Garden (which is shown above) with a capacity for up to 140 guests. They can provide start to finish gourmet wedding catering services, including full bar reception and wedding cakes.

Behind the ceremony site they have an indoor space with lounge furniture and a huge dance floor for late night boogieing. We met up with Erin, the event planner who will gladly arrange complete ceremony, reception, catering, spa reservation, and accommodations coordination.

Regency Ceremony, Presidio Pool Deck cocktail reception and dinner on Presidio Lawn – capacity is (140).
Presidio Lawn Ceremony, Presidio Pool Deck cocktail reception and dinner IN Presidio Ballroom – capacity is (80).

Hotel Saint Cecilia- Austin Texas

This January the Hotel Cecilia in Austin Texas opened. Located in Austin’s hip South Congress Avenue. Filled with hip accents, the electric blue lounge set off nicely by a white taxidermy peacock is hip and glamorous. No one’s naming names, but the hotel guestbook already includes plenty that you’ve seen on a marquee. It’s a crowd that understandably prefers hanging out to going out. According to Dallas’s News. The Citroën above will eventually will be put into service as the 14-room property’s official ride, but currently it resides inside the front gate until it has been restored. Would not mind taking a ride in that.

Each room has its own turntable, and there’s a collection of vinyl at the front desk. Guests and friends continually donate to the collection, which shelves everything from vintage jazz to Donovan, ELO and the Byrds. This would definitley make a memorable wedding venue. Viceroy Anguilla

We are always looking for the hippest honeymoon spots for you! Our friends over at leisureforte.com always seem to find the best of the best in vacation hot spots like the Viceroy in Anguilla where the two turquoise bays meet, the Viceroy Angulla drapes across thirty-five picture perfect acres. Isla Mujeres Hotel Secreto a Perfect Honeymooon


After the busyness of the wedding celebration, the honeymoon offers a much-needed alone time. It’s the perfect excuse to buy some cute new things for your fabulous romantic getaway. A floor length maxi dress by LA Made is perfect for walking down to the beach or cocktails and dinner.

Secreto is an oasis of casual, but chic hotel luxury within the small Mexican fishing village of Isla Mujeres. It is one hour door-to-door from Cancun, Mexico.
