Kelti and Hunter's wedding day embodied a wedding full of rustic glam. They chose to get married at Lone Oak Barn, a beautiful barn in the middle of Austin, and they dressed it up with some glamorous touches. Natural beauty was in abundance from the scenery and the couple to the lush blooms that will leave you daydreaming. Experience all the loveliness this Texas glam barn wedding has to offer when you view the full gallery here, photographed by Jessica Gold Photography.
Hire A Planner
If your budget allows, hire a wedding planner or at least a "Day-Of" planner. My planner, Luanna Clara Design, made the planning process so simple for me! There are so many details I never would have thought of, but my wedding planner had it covered. It allowed me to free my mind of everything but cherishing those precious moments. Any stress you can eliminate before your wedding day is worth the investment, less stress means more enjoyment and greater memories!
Lipstick & Food
Find a non-smudging and long- lasting lipstick so you don't give your man a make-over when you share your first kiss as husband and wife! Designate a bridesmaid to make you eat on your wedding day! Normally, I'm an eater! But due to a combination of excitement and adrenaline, I had no appetite on my wedding day. I probably burned more calories on the dance floor than I consumed in food that day. It caught up with me on the way to our hotel that night, my stomach was angry-cramping from hunger. Much was put on hold until we ordered room service that night!
Make Your Memories Last
Make sure your wedding memories last you a lifetime by hiring a photographer and videographer who's work you love, and character you trust. If you make these investments a priority in your budget, I believe they will be the best decisions of your planning process. Your wedding photos and wedding video are the only investments you continue to enjoy past your wedding day. I'm so glad I chose Jessica Gold Photography and Adam Gumbo Films to make our memories last forever!
