Tableau_Main01

One of the most fun and creative elements of organizing a wedding event is the seating plan, which indicates the table assigned to each guest in a fun way.
We help the bride and groom decide on a theme – such as film celebrities, Italian cities, fairy tale characters, fine wines, and so on – and the possible ideas for its implementation.
There are so many unusual and original ways to create a seating plan that makes an impression on our guests!
Here is the first in a series of posts where we will show you some of the many ideas realized during our events, starting with a classic tableau and moving on to more creative solutions.
We would like to hear your opinions, as well as additional tips!

The Loft – Florence A simple framework, elegantly printed with tables named for famous places and attractions in charming and beautiful Florence!
below:
Villa Catignano – Siena On an antique well we placed wooden boxes and baskets full of lemons; in each of them, we inserted a toothpick with the name of the guest and the assigned table.
It perfectly fits in with this beautiful and ancient village in the heart of the enchanting Chianti hills, a few kilometers from Siena.

Most of our weddings are celebrated in the summer, so what better idea than fresh and colourful fruit, on the enchanting Amalfitan Coast?
The guests pick up their names and may savor the taste of a delicious cherry or a luscious apricot!

Villa Miani – Rome Blue was the theme of this intimate wedding celebrated in this stunning villa.
A round mirror, hydrangeas and candles in blue, silver placeholders, and you’re done!

Studi Romani – Rome Another classic tableau, with a large, rich golden frame and the list of tables elegantly printed. It is a winning choice for the stunning Studi Romani, to which we will return soon to tell you about!

Castello di Vincigliata – Fiesole (Florence)
Finally, an idea that entertains the guests, in addition to its usefulness. On two old doors we have put wires and attached the guests’ names with tiny clothespins. On the table, funny gadgets such as glasses, mustaches, glittery lips etc., and a polaroid camera. One click and just replace your escort card with your photo.
Isn’t it amusing?
